With a forty-year career spanning CFO, COO, and CEO roles across ten Boston-area companies including three public companies and a multi-billion-dollar division of a Fortune 100 firm, Ken brings unmatched operational and financial expertise to support Greatpoint HR's continued growth and innovation.
Ken began his career as a Big Four CPA at KPMG, later joining the investment banking world as co-lead of the firm's software industry practice. Over the course of his distinguished career, he has raised more than $1 billion in capital and successfully completed 86 mergers and acquisitions, making him one of the most experienced financial operators in the region. His background also includes extensive board service across public companies, private enterprises, and nonprofit organizations.
Today, Ken serves as a strategic advisor to several early- and mid-stage companies and leads his own marine consulting firm, bringing a rare blend of financial rigor, strategic guidance, and operational acumen to emerging growth businesses.
