William Holder, who was previously a partner at RE/MAX, made the transition to Real several months ago after a thorough assessment of the brokerage's long-term vision and growth potential. With the Furmans' transition taking effect on January 1, 2026, the trio is now fully integrated under Real of Pennsylvania.
The firm will continue to operate its corporate headquarters at 528 E. Lancaster Avenue in St. Davids, Pennsylvania, while also collaborating with new partners to establish an office in Exton. Additional offices throughout Pennsylvania are part of a broader growth strategy, along with plans for expansion into several other states.
