Schmalbach brings more than 25 years of experience leading consulting and software engineering organizations through growth and transformation, with a strong focus on trust, execution and building strong teams that deliver meaningful outcomes. Most recently, he served as the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Consulting Officer at Apex Systems, a global technology services firm. Prior to that, he was CEO of Intersys Inc.
