During these one-on-one sessions, participants will have access to the 1111 Vibe studio to explore a number of holistic healing techniques in a private, peaceful setting. Sessions are enhanced by Aura-Soma products intended to create a calming environment; all supplies, such as cushions and blankets, are offered by the facility.

His technique involves the use of highly sought-after quartz singing bowls designed to vibrate at specific frequencies, which practitioners say may induce a deep state of calm.

Clark’s technique builds on traditional Eastern practice, wherein singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments were used to induce a trance-like state during meditation.
