Similarly, the Impala Redevelopment Project plans to refurbish 12 existing duplexes and build four new apartment buildings, for a total of 86 affordable rental properties. In addition to affordability, the project aims to incorporate accessibility, energy efficiency, connectivity, and spaces for communal interaction, such as a clubhouse, parks, playgrounds, and pathways throughout.

Tapestry Condominiums is another initiative focused on affordable housing, this time tailored to middle-income families. Construction is expected to begin this year, and when completed, will offer 140 condos north of Odell Brewing Company.
