Completing the set is J.Q. Dickinson’s Salt Works Craft Cocktail Salt, produced using solar evaporation and hand-processing without additives or industrial machinery. This finishing salt honors West Virginia’s salt-making heritage and adds minerals that enhance both rim presentation and overall flavor balance.
